Terms of Service
These terms apply to all authorized users of the MySTC platform.
Invite-Only Access
MySTC accounts are issued by authorized administrators. You may not share login credentials, transfer account access, or attempt unauthorized account creation.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must report it promptly through official support channels.
Acceptable Use
You must use MySTC lawfully and respectfully. Harassment, abuse, impersonation, and attempts to access systems or data without authorization are prohibited.
Student and Community Conduct
Users are expected to engage respectfully in directories, bulletin boards, and other communication features. Content that is threatening, discriminatory, deceptive, or disruptive to learning and community operations is not permitted.
Job and Career Features
Job postings and related tools are provided for educational and placement support purposes. MySTC does not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment outcomes.
Employer and Contractor Responsibilities
Employers and contractors using MySTC must provide accurate postings, follow lawful recruitment practices, and treat applicants fairly and professionally.
Suspension or Removal of Access
We may suspend or remove access where there is a policy breach, misuse, abusive conduct, or a security concern. Where appropriate, we may investigate and take corrective action to protect students, staff, and platform integrity.
Changes to Services
MySTC is an evolving platform. Features, workflows, and availability may change over time, including during invite-only release phases.
Limitation of Liability
We work to provide a reliable service, but MySTC is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, MySTC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from platform use, interruptions, or third-party actions.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Legal proceedings related to these terms will be brought before the courts of Ontario, Canada.
